Republic Day celebrations took place, with the flag hoisting ceremony commencing at 9 am, symbolizing the respect and commitment towards our nation. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from our dedicated faculty, students, and other staff members, who joined together to commemorate this significant day in our nation’s history. The air was filled with patriotism as the national anthem echoed through the campus, and everyone stood in solidarity, expressing their love for the country.

Workshop on ‘Non-parametrics tests’ by PSM

The workshop, held over two enriching days, explored into the particulars of non-parametric significance tests, providing faculty members with an in-depth understanding of the applications, methodologies, and significance of non parametric statistical analysis.

Anatomy & Pathology Exhibition

The ‘Anatomy and Pathology Exhibition’ organized jointly by the Anatomy and Pathology departments, held in celebration of Organ Donation Awareness. The exhibition, inaugurated by our esteemed Dean Sir, provided a unique opportunity for students to explore the intricacies of human anatomy and pathology while emphasizing the importance of organ donation.

Students were treated to interactive displays showcasing various organ parts, bones, and specimens. These exhibits were accompanied by informative explanations detailing the structure, function, and significance of each organ. Some students had the opportunity to handle bones, allowing them to examine the skeletal system up close and understand its role in supporting the body and protecting vital organs. Other students were able to view and study specimens illustrating different pathological conditions, gaining insights into disease
processes and their effects on the human body.

Throughout the exhibition, students were educated about the critical importance of organ donation in saving lives and improving the quality of life for those in need. Discussions were held to raise awareness about the organ donation process and encourage students to consider becoming organ donors.

Our active participation in the Swachhata Hi Seva – Garbage Free India campaign, a nationwide initiative aimed at promoting cleanliness and hygiene across the country. Led by our esteemed Dean Sir, faculty members, and dedicated students, our volunteer participants came together to contribute to a cleaner and healthier environment by clearing garbage.

Our institute demonstrated its commitment to environmental sustainability and community welfare by actively participating in the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign. Dean Sir, along with faculty members and enthusiastic students, joined hands to make a tangible difference in our surroundings.

This enriching event, inaugurated by the esteemed Library Committee Chairman, showcased a diverse collection of medical books, offering a comprehensive array of resources to support the academic and professional endeavors of our students, faculty, and staff members.

The event commenced with a ceremonial inauguration presided over by the Library Committee Chairman, who emphasized the significance of medical literature in advancing knowledge, fostering academic excellence, and improving patient care. The exhibition featured an extensive selection of medical books covering various disciplines, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, surgery, and more. From textbooks to reference materials, journals, and research publications, attendees had access to a wealth of information to enhance their understanding and expertise in the field of medicine.

Attendees had the opportunity to explore the interactive displays showcasing the latest medical publications, best-selling titles, and specialized resources curated to meet the diverse educational and research needs of our medical community. Workshop on ‘Basics of Biostatistics for Post Graduates’ by PSM

A comprehensive workshop on the Basics of Biostatistics for Post Graduates, conducted by the PSM department. Designed specifically for postgraduate students of PSM, this two-day workshop attracted a total attendance of 30 participants, providing an invaluable opportunity to enhance their understanding and proficiency in biostatistics.

The workshop covered essential topics in biostatistics, including principles of statistical analysis, data interpretation, hypothesis testing, and application of statistical methods. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and hands-on demonstrations, allowing them to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. Experienced faculty members from the PSM department facilitated the workshop, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and personalized assistance to students throughout the learning process.
